Writer: B. Clay Moore

Synopsis: With the help of a new “mentor” and the Internet, Casey begins to build her new life. However, law enforcement is closing in as she learns that her first victim was a high-level military contractor. With the FBI on her tail, things could get very difficult. And she thought math finals were tough!
Opinion: Casey Blue, issue #3 begins to disappoint. I know how I said in the first issue’s review how interesting this series could be, well it’s not shaping up like that. Casey’s character is not growing with the issues, in fact I’m beginning to really lack interest in her since I can’t find anything to agree with or latch on to about her.

Story Line: Part 2 o 6
Date: June 18th 2008
Price: $2.99
Writer: B. Clay Moore
Artist: Carlo Barberi and Drew Geraci
Synopsis: The exciting new series continues as Casey Blue finds juggling her old life with her new one can be a difficult experience…especially when she’s being hunted for a murder she can’t remember! And does the mysterious woman whom holds the answers an ally…or an enemy?
Opinion: I can’t believe the second issue of Casey Blue is already here! Thank god for that since I’ve been waiting anxiously ever since the ending of the first issue. Lucky for all the fans of Casey she was not arrested or even caught by the cop while she was covered in blood. However aside from that question being answered this issue was a bit of a let down.
Don’t get me wrong the art was still great, the plot and story line are moving along nicely (if you can follow the halting progress it makes), and Casey’s character did develop rather significantly. However those are really the only good things I can say about this issue.

Story Line: Ongoing
Date: June 11th 2008
Price: $2.99
Writer: B. Clay Moore
Artist: Carlo Barberi and Drew Geraci
Synopsis: Casey Blue is an average high school senior — she studies hard with an eye toward college, enjoys extracurricular sports, and likes spending time with friends and family…until the moment she savagely murders a stranger with her bare hands, leading to revelations about her role in preventing a full-scale invasion of earth! The only problem? She has no idea she’s humanity’s salvation!
Opinion: Casey blue issue #1 is a must read! The HUGE twist in the middle is totally worth your time and money. I don’t even have a good example of the story to help you decide for yourself whether or not its a good buy. I will say that if you are new to the comic industry or are just tired of the same old crap this is a story line to get into.
