But no, I agree with you. I haven't read the issue (or the first one, for that matter), but I don't think I'd pick it up. There <i>aren't</i> really any surprises when it comes to vampires anymore, and every time someone uses them nowadays it's just, "Ugh. Whatever." Been there, done that, it seems.
