Alright, after a long delay of about...two or three months (Blame Countdown), Paul Dini finally finished issue two of Madam Mirage. Supposedly, Madam Mirage is being written in seasons to give Dini a break from his writing responsibilities. (Which is understandable, except for the fact that he rarely does more than one issue of Detective Comics in a row...maybe two or three at the most since the start of the year. But COUNTDOWN after all...[I like it!]) Anyways, here we have issue two of Madame Mirage, and while it's full of intrigue...it doesn't really answer where the characters come from or why she's slaughtering villains, other than them being villains of course. It was a fun read, but not really worth the wait for it...Still, I have a feeling big things are coming down the pipe...It'll be fun. Still, could have been better.
