Well Karim, if you thought that was good you should read the comic! The Astonishing X-Men series has so much more depth than can be conveyed in an animation.

Definitely worth hunting the series down and buying...

Hi!

I didn't read the original comic (I just happened to watch the animated TV series long ago, which I really appreciated, plus the voices were very good)

And this presently "Astonishing X-men"; I find it really interesting, it catched me and I couldn't moove all the video along, PLUS! I didn't have to hit "pause" and "replay" some sequences (because I do that a lot in a normally animated video) I just was plainly catched by this style of animation flow, I like it very much!

Now for the voices, I think they need some "huh!"s, and "GAAAHH"s, lol, yes I mean, body voice language... lol
For the character designing, I would want the charatcers to appear more ressembling to their best executed design in every frame, because sometimes they too different to be comparable to be the same character. That's just a personal view.

Apart from that, the speach, plot, or better say, that "psychological" relationship that exists between characters, into that context which is the whole scenario, is defenitely what I appreciated before in the TV animated series, and is still here in this new production, but this time it has a sharming touch: we can appreciate HUGELY a real comic, that comes "alive" if we can say, I like it very very much, not only for characters, but especially for environment, like the warm lights that enlignten the dark old house...

I liked it very much, and I hope you'll enjoy it too.

Thanks for the vid, see you!

I read that comic at least a year ago, but I still remember it; it was definitely nice seeing it animated.

Hehe, yeah, I noticed that, too.

Agreed, the funny thing is I just reread it on Monday for no reason other than to remind myself of what happened, so this was perfect timing.

Emma's voice-over was a bit off, though, imo.
