I just read Mighty Avengers #15 and I think I found a hole that no one else has mentioned yet. In this issue, pre-Skrull Hank sees an internet headline about the breakout, but New Avengers #42 showed that the breakout occured when Pym had already been replaced. Something doesn't fit here.

yeah if marvel does that then I am out because that is just bull shit. I get really tired of marvel and DC killing off characters just to bring them right back and if marvel uses SI to bring back a lot of characters then we all have been hosed.

Bucky a skrull? That would destroy one of the best archs comics to come out of Marvel in years.
You can't simply round all these different writers, plots and stories under one umbrella and call it good story telling.

See, I disagree. I think this "plan" of the Skrulls is the perfect explanation for all of the crazy s**t that happens in comics. How did Elektra come back from the dead? She's a skrull. How has Bucky resurfaced? Skrull. The universe itself lends so much fodder for a story of that magnitude.

Meh. The man started up NA a few years ago, I can't fault him for showing the invasion as starting then because it really is his baby.

Ok, I agree, it was a good issue. My problem with it? I was REALLY hoping that the imposters involved in the invasion would have been on Earth for a very long time. I was REALLY hoping this invasion would have far reaching and global consequences that had been in the works for decades. But, it turns out the Skrulls have only been planning this for the last few years. Bendis has done an adequate job showing us how they've achieved infiltration, I was just hoping it would go back farther and have more impact, instead we're just being forced to by every book Marvel produces to get all the pieces of the story.
