one of the best new characters marvel comics has produced in years has got to be rick jones as a-bomb. red hulk is good as the villian, but a-bomb was an idea i was not to sure about because i’m a huge fan of the abomination. a-bomb as a character gives hulk level power with the heart of a hero. i just wish he would use some of the fighting abilities he learned from captain america in some of his fights, it would add to his ability to win fights, rather than blend in with his surroundings. he got his butt handed to him by aries, yes i know aries is a god of war and he knows many forms of combat, but it could have been closer with caps fighting style. with the connections rick has in the marvel u an awsome team could be built around him as the muscle. another plus is he knows about every villian and there powers. bring back mar-vell, add captain america, throw in a new human torch (maybe toro) and a big brain, banner? and we start talking about a team that could make an impact. just food for thought.

ok let me start out saying i’m sorry. this is a little overkill. banner is one bad mother. anybody who can take on doom and leave his armor useless, as banner did with his banner tech, deserves more comic time. banner even handled wolverine and gave him a fastball special of his own. skarr dosn’t scare him in the least, neather does thor for that matter. a hulk with this banner brain or even a partial part of this banners way of thinking would stop all comers. he would use a wonderful blend of raw power plus the raw power of his incredible brain. he could design a ironman style armor that operates off of gamma radiation, basically feeding off of himself. he would know who his friends are and would make a great addition to any team. JLA who cares the defenders or avengers would be in your class no problem. there wouldn’t be a threat this side of galactus or the celestials this team couldn’t handle. he adds a neat twist to the marvel u because he is unpredictible, but not in a child like way, but more so in the way of having his own agenda. again sorry about the overkill.

how about this. this new incarnation of banner is in many ways like the gray hulk. he will do anything as long as it benifits himself. he dosn’t care who gets hurt who he brings into the fray and most of all he refers to the savage hulks belongings as “my things”. what if we had a hulk with this banners brain. he would truly be bad ass. he is proving how smart he is, not just reading reed richards saying banner is briliant. this hulk would have the smarts of banner without the harverd educated type attitude prof. hulk had. no sweaters tied around his neck no pipe, just intelligence, attitude, and not a care who get hurt as long as it justifies his own means.

I agree. I have always looked at the Hulk as Marvel’s Superman (in terms of power). Sure, they have the Sentry, but he’s kind of gay. The Hulk is awesome. All of the marvel characters have been getting gradually more powerful over the years. It only make sense for the Hulk to follow suit. Worldbreaker Hulk showed that he was indeed the strongest one there is. While I doubt Marvel would ever bring him back, I’d certainly settle for Green Scar/Gravage.

It’ll be interesting to see how it plays out. After all, Red Hulk drained him. Back in Incredible Hulk, Banner was exposed to gamma energy again, which he said “jump-started the process to his transformation again”. I know they bring him back a few issues from now. My money says they’ll bring back the Jade Giant and not the intelligent Hulk. I just know Marvel too well.

don’t get me wrong, i have always enjoyed the hulk, but the savage version is so new and unexplored there is an excitment the book has been lacking. hulk never really beat the crap out of thor or if he did once the enemy was down he was done, lost interest. just wants to be left alone. savage hulk would not only beat the crap out of you he would make sure you would be able to bother him anymore. he is willing to take it to the next level. lets just say the asgardian healers would have to really step up there game. childlike hulk has never beat the wendigo in a solo fight, he always had wolverine or sasquach there to help. savage hulk would chop off arms of the wendigo and put him down for the count. we would have a hulk that would have to battle say wendigo and abomination, just like the old hostess adds, but hulk could seriously win these fights. like i said he is just so unexplored and more powerful it’s just exciting what the term hulk smash could become. he would truly be the strongest there is.

ok you are right alittle but evey hulk green or gray as been apart of banners mind so the hulk should not change that much or not at all and in side of banners mind there are alot of diff. hulk that had never came out yet and might not come out and i also like reading about this hulk he can only get better
